Pastoral Care

At Saint James' we are here for each other and for anyone needing care, prayer, and support, during difficult life circumstances, physical or mental illness, and bereavement.

Members of our pastoral care team take home communion to those who would like to receive communion but are not able to come to church to join one of our regular communion services. Our home communion network is an important means through which people are able to receive the sacrament and remain a part of our worship and our extended fellowship.

Our Sunday afternoon online service is also another way in which we reach out to those who are not able to join worship in church for whatever reason. Details of our online worship can be found on the online worship page which appears on the worship section of the website.
